Ascot Park Primary School, Park Holme SA
Welcome from the Founder Principal
Adelaide Nepali Vidhyalaya has become a home away from home for many Nepali families. It is a place where our children learn not only their mother tongue but also the values, traditions, and cultural heritage that connect them to their roots. It is where friendships are formed, families come together, and a strong sense of belonging is nurtured.
It has been my privilege to be part of this journey since the very inception of Adelaide Nepali Vidhyalaya. What began as a dream to preserve our language and culture has grown into a vibrant community of students, parents, teachers, volunteers, and supporters.
Volunteers are the heart of our Vidhyalaya. Through their dedication and selfless service, they have helped our school grow and flourish. Whether facilitating classroom activities, mentoring students, supporting cultural and multicultural events, engaging families, or working behind the scenes, every contribution has played an invaluable role in shaping who we are today.
I feel truly grateful to be part of this wonderful family. Together, we have built a legacy that will continue to inspire and enrich future generations. To our students, parents, volunteers, and the wider community, thank you for your trust, encouragement, and unwavering support. Your commitment has been the foundation of our success. With your continued support, Adelaide Nepali Vidhyalaya will remain a place where future generations of Nepali Australians learn, belong, and take pride in both their Nepali heritage and their Australian identity.
Warm regards,

Welcome from the Principal
It is my pleasure to welcome you to our school community. Adelaide Nepali Vidhyalaya is more than a place where students learn the Nepali language. It is a community where language, culture and generations come together. Our goal is to help every student develop confidence in their language, pride in their heritage and a strong sense of belonging while embracing Australia's multicultural society.
Alongside quality language education, we provide opportunities for students to experience Nepali culture through festivals, music, dance, arts, sports and community activities. These experiences help build lifelong friendships, leadership skills and a deeper connection to our shared heritage.
Our achievements are made possible by the dedication of our volunteers, the support of families and the enthusiasm of our students. Together, we are creating a welcoming environment where everyone can learn, contribute and grow.
Whether you are joining us as a student, parent, volunteer or community partner, I warmly invite you to become part of the ANV family. Together, we can preserve our language, celebrate our culture and inspire future generations.
Warm regards,
Himal Kandel
